With early careers in demand generation and marketing operations at SMB SaaS companies and enterprise corporations, Founders Lauren Aquilino and Sydney Mulligan were led to success and expertise in Marketo. Chosen as Marketo Champions, both Lauren and Sydney went on to grow successful practices with Revenue Pulse and Etumos, respectively.

After being parents and working in the Covid-era rocked their worlds, Lauren found as herself a stay-at-home mom homeschooling three kids, and Sydney found herself laid-off -- while on maternity leave.

Lauren had been doing a little bit of freelance work, and found herself with more than her boundaries would hold. Once she saw the bittersweet news about Sydney’s layoff, she saw the opportunity to combine their networks and know-how into one superpowered collective of all the best marketing and rev ops pros.

At a workcation in Siesta Key, the gals listed their hopes, dreams and aspirations for what could be and found themselves designing a company framed by their most recent experiences with corporate life.
